The company is owned and run by Mike Lingwood, Chartered Surveyor, Margaret Lingwood, Gestor Intermediario de Promociones y Edificaciones (G.I.P.E.) and James Thomas Llb, property professionals with more than twenty years' knowledge and experience of the local property market in and around Salobrena, Costa Tropical de Granada. We were fortunate to have moved to Salobrena with our 3 young children in 1988 & since 1990 we have lived on Monte de los Almendros, the most popular residential area on the hillside. We know most of the people here and many of our new buyers are introduced by former clients who have been happy to recommend us to their friends. Our selling methods are far removed from those of the high pressure real estate agents you might have come across on the Costa del Sol. Las Torres even has under-floor heating so it is particularly comfortable during those sometimes cooler mid-winter evenings. We also rent our own very comfortable home during the summer.
